At AANYA Selections, we take great care in curating and packaging our products. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

- Products will not be eligible for return or exchange due to:

- Size or fitting issues

- Colour variation due to screen or lighting differences

- Change of mind after placing the order

Refund Policy

- No refunds are provided once an order is placed.

- In cases where a replacement is not possible, store credit may be offered at the discretion of AANYA Selections.

Exchange Process

- Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Shipping for Returns

- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
